Facilitated and helped shape this WITNESS discussion on the use of video as evidence across the Middle East and North Africa, developed in collaboration with PILnet and Tara Vaseffi. The 70-page report draws out key legal, practical, and regional challenges involved in adapting audiovisual documentation for courtroom use across m ultiple MENA jurisdictions.
